My husband and I come from homes that did not model a good marriage. Once married, we made a conscious choice to make sure our relationship pleased God, for our sake as well as for our children. As we contemplated divorce when times got tough, we chose God over our feelings and He has rewarded us with a #StrongMarriage!

On the 25th, we will celebrate 30 years of marriage! What a blessing it has been to share my life with someone who loves God and me! We are grateful.

Now, it is my mission to show other couples how to build and maintain a marriage that God is pleased with.
