Did you know that 7 in 10 girls believe they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with family and friends and guess what y’all…those girls grow up to be women.

If the girls didn’t learn where TRUE value comes from (God’s love for you), then they become women who suffer from low self esteem.

Self-esteem — confidence in one’s own worth or abilities; self-respect.

We are basking in the truth that each one of us are fearfully and wonderfully made.

When those moments arise where we struggle, we will stand firm in knowing we were created exceptional and, within us, God has placed everything we already need.

I’m calling on YOU to remind yourself — and your sister — that:

YOU are worthy.

YOU are loved.

YOU are special.

YOU matter.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself AND to ladies you meet. Spend time in The Word (the Bible) so YOU know without a shadow of a doubt how much God loves YOU.

God created us and everything He created is good. Yes, we have flaws but we can change. We change (to look/act more like Jesus) by spending time in His presence. YOU can break the chains of low self worth.

Let’s declare it together!

Repeat this: The chains of low self-esteem are being broken off me! I. Am. Loved.

You got this!
